You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided and must notify us of any unauthorized use.

We do not guarantee appreciation, return on investment, or the absence of transaction errors. Clients are encouraged to conduct independent due diligence and seek independent legal or financial advice.

6. RERA Compliance

All listings and advertisements on our platform are subject to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA).

Property Owners must provide valid RERA registration details where applicable.

Users acknowledge they are responsible for verifying project compliance before entering into any transaction.

APM REALTY MAKERS reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or remove any property listing that does not meet RERA or other statutory requirements.

By using our Website or Services, you agree to:

Provide only accurate and lawful property ownership documents.

Respect any exclusivity clauses under Service Agreements or MOUs.

Use the Website for lawful and legitimate purposes only, refraining from fraudulent or misleading actions.

Cooperate with APM REALTY MAKERS in inspections, verification, and legal due diligence.

Promptly report any inaccurate or misleading property details. Verified corrections will be made as required by law.

Maintain confidentiality of any login or access credentials provided.

9. Refund & Cancellation

Subscription Fees: The subscription fee for any Service (including the NRI or HNI Property Management Service) is non-refundable once the onboarding agreement is signed and the subscription fee is paid. This fee secures your service activation, administrative setup, and resource allocation by APM REALTY MAKERS.

Add-on Services: Payments made for add-on or supplementary services are non-refundable once the amount is paid. However, in the event that a paid add-on service is not utilized, the Client may request to adjust or transfer the paid amount toward another eligible service offered by APM REALTY MAKERS, subject to mutual agreement and service availability.

Transaction Commissions: Commissions or facilitation fees are payable immediately upon successful completion of the respective transaction (sale, purchase, or lease) and are non-refundable thereafter.

Cancellation: Either party may terminate an engagement by giving 30 days' written notice, provided all outstanding dues and obligations are settled before termination.

Refunds or adjustments, if applicable, will follow the provisions of APM REALTY MAKERS' Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our Website.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is owned exclusively by APM REALTY MAKERS.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. User Content & Indemnity

You confirm that all documents and materials submitted to APM REALTY MAKERS are owned by you or you have the legal right to share them.

You grant APM REALTY MAKERS a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted content for service delivery and marketing purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APM REALTY MAKERS, its officers, employees, and partners against any losses, claims, or liabilities arising from false, unauthorized, or misleading content.

APM REALTY MAKERS provides Services with professional care but makes no warranties or guarantees on outcomes, property valuations, or investment results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APM REALTY MAKERS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or goodwill.

Clients may terminate services by giving 30 days' written notice, subject to payment of any outstanding dues.

Upon termination, user access will be disabled, and data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

APM REALTY MAKERS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, strikes, network outages, or government restrictions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be interpreted to reflect its original intent as closely as possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

For international clients, APM REALTY MAKERS will extend compliance with relevant foreign laws to the extent possible.

18. Changes to Terms

APM REALTY MAKERS may modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our Website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our Website or Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
